Kristy Rauzy, CruisesEtc Manager. Kristy started at Cruises Etcetera in May of 1994 as an outside sales agent. It was shortly there after that Jim and Noreen Gillett convinced her to try travel full time. Before taking over 100% of the daily operations of Cruises Etcetera in 2002, Kristy was one of three full time travel agents for Jim and Noreen Gillett. Kristy has extensive knowledge of European travel via the rail system, Australia, Africa, Hawaii and has been on many cruises. Sharing the job with Pam, Kristy escorts yearly cruises to Alaska, Caribbean & Mexico.

Sue Rauzy has been with Cruises Etcetera since April 2001. A retired school teacher, Sue was asked to come work part-time to help with all of the creative items and behind the scenes work that goes in to each and everyone of our cruises and land tours. Sue is the cheerful and greeting voice that each person hears when calling Cruises Etcetera.

Pam Hash came to Cruises Etcetera in February 2002 from American Travel Company in Fair Oaks. Pam has been in the industry for 10 plus years and has extensive knowledge of Australia, Hawaii, Caribbean, Mexico and travel within the United States. Along with her knowledge of foreign destinations Pam has sailed on Carnival, Celebrity, Crystal, Holland America, Royal Caribbean and Princess. Pam also does double duty in escorting cruises and land tours from the Cruises Etcetera office. Pam regularly attends seminars, hotel & ship inspections and seminars at sea to keep her knowledge of the travel industry current and up to date.
